WOWME HOMES – Terms & Conditions for Property Listing Submission

By submitting a property listing on WOWME HOMES, you agree to the following:

1. Listing Charges

  • A listing fee is required for all properties submitted on the WOWME HOMES platform, whether for Property Sale or Shortlet.

  • Fees must be paid before a listing is published.

2. Accuracy of Information

  • You confirm that all details provided (property ownership, description, location, price, features, and availability) are accurate and truthful to the best of your knowledge.

3. Right to List

  • You declare that you are the legal owner of the property or have full authorisation to submit the listing.

  • WOWME HOMES will not be held liable for disputes arising from false ownership claims.

4. Photo & Content Usage

  • By submitting a listing, you authorise WOWME HOMES to use the property photos, descriptions, and related content for promotional purposes on our website, social media platforms, or marketing campaigns.

5. Approval & Moderation

  • All listings are subject to review before publication.

  • WOWME HOMES reserves the right to reject or remove listings that do not meet our quality, safety, or legal standards without refund.

6. Property Sale Listings

  • WOWME HOMES provides a platform for buyers and sellers to connect directly.

  • We do not guarantee the authenticity, ownership, or condition of any property listed for sale.

  • It is the responsibility of the buyer and seller to conduct proper due diligence before any transaction.

7. Shortlet Listings

  • WOWME HOMES does not guarantee bookings or occupancy rates.

  • All short-term agreements and arrangements are strictly between the host (property owner/manager) and the guest.

8. No Guarantee of Outcome

  • WOWME HOMES does not guarantee inquiries, bookings, or sales. Listings are published “as-is” based on the information provided by the lister.

9. Privacy

  • Your contact information will only be used for communication related to your listing and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

10. Compliance

  • You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and property rental/sales requirements in your area.
