Booking & Reservations

You can make a reservation by browsing our available properties, selecting your dates, and clicking "Book Now". You'll be guided through a simple booking process with secure payment options.

Yes, you can modify or cancel your booking up to 24 hours before check-in for a full refund. Changes to dates or guest count are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, and mobile payment options including Paystack and Flutterwave for your convenience.

As a show of good faith to our guests, no security deposit is required to stay at any of our locations. However, we expect our guests to reciprocate the gesture and take very good care of our amenities.

Property & Amenities

Our apartments are fully furnished living room and will equipped kitchen, air conditioning, TV, fresh linens, towels, and basic toiletries. 

Most of our properties include complimentary parking. Some locations may have limited spaces or require advance arrangement. Check the property details or contact us for specific parking information.

Pet policies vary by property. Some apartments are pet-friendly with prior approval and additional fees. Please contact us before booking if you plan to bring a pet.

All our properties are non-smoking. Parties and events are generally not permitted to maintain peace for neighbors and property condition. Violations may result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of deposits.

Check-in & Check-out

Standard check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability, possibly with additional charges.

 

We offer flexible key collection options including meet-and-greet service, secure lockbox with codes, or smart lock access. Instructions will be provided 24 hours before your arrival.

 

No problem. The collection of key will be prearranged. All you need to do is contact your host for assistance at the phone number provided on your booking.

Contact our 24/7 support immediately. We'll arrange replacement keys or access codes. A replacement fee may apply depending on the security system used.

Policies & Guidelines

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before check-in for full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a one-night charge. No-shows result in full booking charge.

Guest capacity is strictly limited to the number stated in your booking. Additional guests require prior approval and may incur extra charges. Unauthorized guests may result in booking termination.
